No FEAR This year

Goals, promises, aspirations galore, don't enter this year lightly, know what you're here for. Ahead await untraveled paths, as you journey your new road, release fear from your grasps.

Fear will paralyze you if you allow it to. Today I will challenge you to call fear out by name. Whether it's fear of loneliness, stepping outside of your comfort zone, or rejections.

If you are not careful, fear will fear rob you of your calling, your purpose.

Fear will confiscate your destiny from sunrise to sunset. Fear talks about the what ifs, developing reasons for predicted failure.

Fear comes from the liar who seeks like a roaring lion to devour its prey. The liar seeks your peace, hopes, and dreams. Don't relinquish them.

Steps to Combating Fear

*Call it out. Recognize it. When you know what you’re up against then you know what arsenal (verses) you can use to combat it. You can't fight what you don't acknowledge.

*Believe God at his word. I have to believe that he will never leave or forsake me even when I feel alone, Hebrews 13:5. During the times when I feel alone, I need to seek Him more. I need to find more scriptures in the word that help me combat the feeling of loneliness, as he is my ever present help in time of need, Psalm 46:1.

*Have no fear. Know that God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind 2 Timothy 1:7. If it makes me timid or fretful, then it certainly is NOT God.

Don't allow fear to rob you of what God has for you to do.

Yes, be bold and strong! Banish fear and doubt! For remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

Hello Fear

Hello fear, how are you? Here you cannot stay, my temple, my thoughts, belong to the Most High God and dwell on sunshine and flowers...woe to you defeated foe!

Fear, I banish you into the abyss, you are to never return, for power, love, and peace are mine, for I've already won

You try to enter like a roaring lion seeking your prey, but you are not the SON who reigns victoriously, I am covered by His blood forever and a day
